INTJ Sigma males habitually present as solemn and reserved at face value but make no mistake the gears are always rolling and they are constantly thinking, analysing, processing. He has an exceptionally rich and complex inner world, making him highly introspective, self-aware and above all, completely in tune with his fundamental self. It is a misconception that they are emotionless and unfeeling; a highly advanced INTJ Sigma is balanced and pragmatic. He knows exactly who he is and what he is feeling. Emotions are not disregarded, rather, they are seen as variables to factor into decisions alongside irrefutable logic. Instead of wasting time and energy expressing himself with chaotic impulse, he prefers to reflect and come up with a practical action plan to best address his needs. Nothing is more aggravating than messy people who only come up with problems but don’t know themselves enough to come up with solutions. The INTJ Sigma’s critical dissection of himself and the world around him can slip into overthinking, but he sees this as sometimes necessary for elite self-awareness. Rebellious
INTJ Sigma males very much march to the beat of their own drums – they are self-governed with their own set of values which are sometimes unconventional and go against the grain. This can be seen as rebellious, but existing in moral grey areas allow them to conceive revolutionary ideas which improve and overthrow the status quo. Although they exist on the fringes of society, they are key figures in bettering it because they are not bound by the same arbitrary constraints as everyone else. In fact, for this personality type, compliance is pretty much tantamount to mediocrity, and INTJ Sigmas are anything but – they are extraordinary. INTJs are known as the Architects of the world. They are creative and innovative; combined with fearless Sigma traits, they are unstoppable and certainly will not allow blind convention, safe comfort zones or mere disapproval to stand in the way of their freedom, beliefs or flourishing. This all comes down to the fact that almost all other personality types base their behaviour on the impact it has on their societal standing, but INTJ Sigmas thrive on the fact that they are outliers – that is their greatest strength. Unconventionally, they instead make their decisions based on the inherent value of their pursuits, thus allowing them to systematically bypass group expectations and restrictions.

Leader
Preferring to work alone rather than being slowed down by others, INTJ Sigmas are not happy in supervisory positions because they don’t want to rely on others to catch up and are much more comfortable making decisions alone. On top of that, they don’t crave leadership roles with a ‘You do you, and I’ll do me’ attitude to co-existence. Ironically, they are born leaders and their quiet confidence exudes this. When essential, they would rather play puppeteer and pull the strings from behind the curtains. After all, a true leader is the man who is self-assured and confident enough to let go of the facade of power, extrinsic validation and pointless accolades. He will do what needs to be done and melt back into the shadows. With an INTJ Sigma leader, you need to place full trust in his process because at times, his lone wolf manner will come across as insensitive. This is because he can be dismissive of other people’s thoughts and considerations, or neglect to ask them for their input completely. INTJ Sigma males have an all or nothing attitude which helps them accomplish remarkable outcomes in all their pursuits. Life can look like an uninterrupted report card of successes. Driving this at the heart is one fundamental trait – perfectionism. Being highly passionate and devoted creatures, they operate in extremes. There is no middle ground between absolute indifference and complete immersion in their passions. Being on the fence simply is not in their nature, and ‘middle of the road’ is not in their vocabulary. This all or nothing mindset means when the INTJ Sigma male is dedicated to something, he strives for absolutes – in other words, perfection. Integrity is demonstrated in everything INTJ Sigmas do. They see their behaviour and everything they produce as a direct extension of themselves, and so they put their whole essence, effort and pride into their duties and passions. In any areas of life important to him, the INTJ Sigma male can be seen going above and beyond to strive for perfection in anything he does. He is well aware of when to say ‘No’ and is not afraid of rejecting requests, so before jumping into a commitment, he will take his time to analyse all variables and make sure there is a high probability of things working out. This is because INTJ Sigmas are fiercely loyal and take their duties very seriously; if he has made his mind up, there is no force or tactic that can break his will of steel. It is his established value system and strength of character that lay the groundwork for the indestructible foundations of a life of integrity. It is this integrity that makes him open minded about new and improved viewpoints, that is, as long as they are evidence-based, rational and founded in logic. INTJ Sigma males are highly observant and have incredible capabilities for analysis. This allows them to think of every obstacle and outcome in any given situation, and work towards the most successful end point. They do this by examining the information they receive in thorough detail, much like a computer’s processing system. If you ask them a question, you will see they often consider their answer in length before presenting a well thought out, insightful and complex response. Knowing success is achievable means they cannot accept less, and for the most part, this foresight paired with the need for success drives them to navigate through life like chess virtuosos. After all, innovation for innovation’s sake is worthless unless it yields victory; understanding this, they apply the full force of their logical reasoning, intuition and passion to all pursuits. They are visionaries and devoted students of the truth who base their conclusions on observable evidence, analysis and research rather than guesses or half-cooked assumptions. Operating on fact is what gives them that vast confidence to stick to their journey, even in the face of doubt from the narrow-minded majority. This archetype values independence above all else and strives to be entirely self-sufficient in all areas of life. They are polymaths and extremely self-driven, which allows them to build a wealth of skills. This means they are able to become autonomous and self-sufficient, achieving the freedom they truly desire. A lot of INTJ Sigma males choose not to tie themselves to the material and can happily travel with nothing but a rucksack of bare necessities. They need little else but their own company which provides plenty of nurturing. At times, this can be somewhat constrained by the boundaries of Western Capitalist society and ‘playing the game’ becomes unavoidable. INTJ Sigmas may work in standard jobs, and sometimes even partake in social life although this will be boundaried and limited. These scenarios necessitate a particular level of integration into their corresponding social dominance hierarchies, but he plays the game on his own terms by assessing situations where doing so is actually conducive to his own goals and ability to function or thrive. Mature INTJ Sigmas are pragmatic and secure enough to understand that keeping up appearances is not synonymous with dependence on the status quo; he can walk away easily when this no longer serves him or aligns with his objectives.
